Les champagnes millésimés Louise Brison, expriment l’unicité, l’exquise rareté de chaque année. Soleil, pluie, grands vents ou petites gelées… Les champagnes millésimés témoignent du temps qu’il fait et du temps qui passe, des années qui ne se ressemblent pas. Faire des millésimes les excellentes années, c’est courant, mais faire de chaque année un millésime, c’est tout un art !
Notre gamme se décline en 3 qualités différentes, un Assemblage de Pinot-Noir et de Chardonnay (disponible en demi-bouteille, bouteille, magnum et jéroboam), un Blanc de Blancs et un champagne rosé de macération, 100% Pinot-Noir (disponible uniquement en bouteille).
Le dosage est EXTRA- BRUT ou BRUT.
Blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay vinified and matured in oak barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation. Made exclusively from grapes harvested in 2010.

- Colour : Brilliant yellow colour.
- Nose : The flavours are a suttle mix between fruity and floral notes. Very fresh and elegant.
- Palate : Well structured and fresh, the mouth open on floral flavours. It evolves with citrus and a bit of salinity mixed with toasted aromas at the end. It presents a great lengh. The blend is harmonious and gives immediat pleasure.
- Food & Champagne pairing : To be served with salty or sweet starters based on cold or hot fishes, meats or cheeses. During the meal, it is better to serve it with white meats or fish in sauce.

100% Chardonnay vinified and matured in oak barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation.
Made exclusively from grapes harvested in 2011.

- Colour: A brilliant yellow colour.
- Nose: A warm nose with delicate aromas of mirabelle brandy and almond. Slightly toasted, it is marked by subtle notes of pear.
- Palate : Well-balanced with a good freshness, it releases flavours of white fruits, almond and violet. It offers an ageeable finish on discrete toasted touches.
- Champagne & Food pairing:
To taste from the aperitif to the meal with appetizers based on fish, oystes, fresh scallops or white meat.
Rosé of maceration elabored with 100% of Pinot Noir and matured in oak barrels. Harvest 2012. No malolactic fermentation. Bottle of 0,75 l.
- Colour :A heavy pink with an orangy tint. Brilliant and limpid.
- Nose : Expressive and opens on the fresh fruits like strawberry and raspberry. Then, it evolves on toasty notes and jammy red fruits aromas and almond. Very fine aromatic expression.
- Palate : Structured with a beautiful crunching fruit, this rosé is regular to nose with morello cherry touch. Ample and well-balanced with a good length.
- Food & Champagne pairing : Perfect in aperitif, with a white meats and grilled fish and meat or on dessert with red fruits.

- Colour : Pure light golden colour.
- Nose : Expressive and generous, it opens on aromas of citrus and fruits with white flesh.
Gently toasted, you will appreciate its slightly Rose notes in the background.
- Palate : It is elegant, fresh, vibrant with an integrated mousse and some hints of vanilla. Its citrus flavours and its salinity which give a beautiful sense of tension and a long final.
A real source of inspiration !
- Food & Champagne Pairing : Ideal for an aperitif with oysters and Foie-gras. In 5 years time, it will be ready for main dish like scallops or chicken cream sauce and mushrooms
Assemblaggio di Chardonnay 50% Blend of 50 % Chardonnay and 50% of Pinot Noir vinified and matured in oak barrels. Bottle of 0,375 l.
- Colour: A fine, brilliant straw colour.
- Nose : Delicate and discreet, opening on expressive fruit then developing white blossom aromas.
- Palate : Seductive and well-balanced with yellow fruit flavours (peach, plum), at once fresh, supple and sweet.
- Food & champagne Pairing: Perfect with a light meal or a brunch.
