“The foam is persistent and reveals a wine of a beautiful gold color. The nose is intense with a smoky mineral side. Yellow fruits such as peach, apricot and mango appear. It is a nose which presents a evolved aromatic with a minty freshness. Toast, rosemary, cedar, vanilla and cream come little by little. Citrus fruits like orange complete this first olfactory encounter. The palate is intense on orange blossom honey and dried fruits. The bubble is fine and discreet, appetizing with a hint of salt. We perceive saffron but also cooked butter and the vanilla pod. It becomes gourmand with the pastry cream. The finish is beautiful on the fruits roasted yolks, orange blossom, roasted almond and toast. The tasting ends with a slight astringency which develops a patina over time.”

“The yellow gold color with old gold highlights adorns this sparkling wine. The aromas of white flowers, quince and toasted bread contribute to the complexity.
