The Collège Culinaire of France, created by 15 French Chefs internationally  recognized (Alain Ducasse – Joël Robuchon – Paul Bocuse – Guy Savoy – Anne-Sophie Pic- Yannick Allero- Thierry Marx, etc.), aims to promote and to defend the french gastronomie ( “ We have in France a biodiversity that is unique in the world with exceptionally skilled producers  . The Collège Culinaire de France regroups an agricultural production that protects the environment.”) and the universal values of Gastronomie.
It mobilizes all restaurants (Restaurant de Qualité) and producers (Producteur Artisan de Qualité) supporters of the quality, that share the same values regarding the art of the French “cuisine” art and the conviality.
